What AIROBO Is
AIROBO is a robot service management platform. It does not manufacture robots. Instead, it brings robots from multiple manufacturers, mapping teams and elevator and access-control integrators together with property operations and community delivery, all running on one standard core.
The platform is organised in two layers: a standard core that only understands standard tasks, standard events and standard facility identifiers, and adapters that translate each manufacturer's protocol into that standard language. The goal is that onboarding a new brand only requires a new adapter, with no changes to the core or external interfaces. This dependency boundary is enforced automatically by dependency-contract checks in continuous integration, not by convention.
A clean core
Dispatch, elevator and door control, and task issuance all work on standard protocols, with manufacturer differences contained in the adapter layer. As the number of manufacturers grows, the core logic does not have to grow more complex.
Pluggable adapters
Manufacturers differ widely in authentication, message formats and encryption requirements; all of this is contained in the adapter layer. Upgrading or replacing a manufacturer does not spill over into the business side.
Platform Modules
Device connectivity and management
Robot registration, model and capability records, online and offline status, real-time state and telemetry ingestion. Which project each robot belongs to and which tasks it can perform has a single answer on the platform.
Task dispatch
Robot selection by capability, queuing, reassignment and execution monitoring. Tasks are issued as complete orders rather than scattered commands, every step is logged, and exceptions can be traced back to the specific stage.
Delivery fulfilment
The complete chain from ordering, picking and pickup to handover, supporting both community commerce delivery and courier delivery, with orders and robot assignment kept consistent within a single transaction.
Access and elevator control
Elevators and access control are connected by standard facility identifiers. Elevator calls, door operation, floor permissions and exclusive single-elevator occupancy are orchestrated by the platform, which can also call elevators on a robot's behalf.
Maps and digital twins
Mapping results are versioned and published after review, forming a unified coordinate base for floors and zones that supports real-time positioning, route replay and the operations dashboard.
Operational governance
Audit logs, alert notifications, work-order flows, map review and dynamic configuration make the platform itself manageable and accountable.
Property Operations Management
The property portal is the platform's main entry point for property management groups. It is organised at group and project level, mirroring the property company's own management structure.
- Group and project levels — the group dashboard aggregates robots, tasks and alerts across managed projects; the project level manages every individual robot, members are authorised per project, and data boundaries are clear.
- Admission is controlled by the property company — robots go live only after project review; zone scope, door and elevator permissions and validity periods are approved by the property company; a project can choose open access or targeted invitations to specific manufacturers.
- Facilities and maps belong to the property company — elevators, access control and other infrastructure are registered and authorised within the project; project maps can be downloaded, and data sovereignty stays with the property company.
- Usable on the front line — the operations dashboard shows the big picture while on-site staff use their phones: scan to identify robots, dispatch and handle work orders, report faults and re-inspect, without going back to the office.
The delivery scenario runs on a complete dispatch chain; cleaning and security robots are currently connected mainly for data access and unified monitoring.
Open Platform and Manufacturer Onboarding
Robot manufacturers, mapping teams and door and elevator integrators onboard through the open platform on a self-service basis; the platform only reviews qualifications and enforces standards.
Registration and qualifications
Manufacturers register and submit qualifications themselves, and receive an independent account and API credentials once approved.
Register models and capabilities
Declare what each model can do using standard capability codes. Capability is the contract: it determines which kinds of tasks the platform will dispatch to it.
Sandbox integration testing
Run the full chain of connectivity, tasks and door and elevator control in a sandbox environment first, without touching any live project.
Accept project invitations
Once integration testing passes, robots enter a site only through open access or a targeted invitation from the property project.
Building Infrastructure Integration
When robots cannot run inside a building, nine times out of ten the blocker is building infrastructure rather than the robot itself. The platform consolidates this layer on standard protocols:
- Elevator integration: automatic elevator calls, floor recognition, service-floor restrictions and exclusive single-elevator occupancy
- Access-control adaptation: automatic door and access recognition, with open and close actions issued as standard commands
- Property system integration: work orders, inspections and operations reports connected to existing systems
- Multi-robot coordination: coordinated dispatch and path avoidance across robot brands
Partner With Us
Property management groups
Start with a single project and bring your existing robots under unified operations instead of adding yet another isolated back-end. For requirements and pilot discussions, please use the Company's official contact channel.
Robot manufacturers
If you would like your robots to work in projects managed on the platform, contact us through the same channel and we will provide an integration guide and a sandbox environment.
