AIROBO Platform Group
Unified Robotics Operations Platform
We do not build robots. We build the operations layer that makes them actually run: bringing robots of different brands and protocols, together with elevators, access control and property business systems, onto one standard core.
A Hong Kong-listed robotics platform operation company
Once robots enter real-world environments, who operates them as one?
A single building often runs delivery, cleaning and inspection robots from different brands at the same time, each with its own back-end and its own protocol; to use elevators and pass through access gates, each one has to be integrated separately. AIROBO is the unified operations layer in between: connectivity, dispatch, elevator and gate passage, and operational review all happen within one set of standards. For the platform, adding a brand just means adding an adapter; the core stays unchanged.

Platform
The Platform Core Does Four Things
Unified connectivity
Robots declare what they can do using standard capability codes, and the platform selects and dispatches robots accordingly. Whether a manufacturer uses MQTT or REST, and how it reports data, is translated by adapters inside the platform; the core only understands the standard protocol.
Unified dispatch
Incoming tasks go through unified robot selection, queuing, reassignment and execution monitoring. A delivery from pickup to handover is one closed-loop order with fully traceable status, not a string of scattered commands.
Access and elevator control
Elevators and access control are connected by standard facility identifiers; elevator calls, door operation, floor permissions and exclusive single-elevator occupancy are orchestrated by the platform. Switching integrators has no impact on the robot side.
Maps and digital twins
Mapping results are versioned and published after review. Floors and zones form a unified coordinate base within the platform, supporting real-time positioning, route replay and the operations dashboard.
Property
Operations Management Built for Property Companies
Group and project levels
The group dashboard aggregates managed projects, while the project level manages every individual robot. Members are authorised per project, and data boundaries follow the property company's own organisational structure.
Admission and authorisation stay with the property company
Robots go live only after the property company's review; zone scope, door and elevator permissions and validity periods are approved by the project. Open access or targeted invitation is the property company's own choice.
It works on the front line
The operations dashboard shows the big picture; the mobile app shows what is happening now: scan to identify robots, dispatch and handle work orders, report faults and re-inspect, without on-site staff going back to the office.
The delivery scenario runs on a complete dispatch chain; cleaning and security robots are currently connected mainly for data access and unified monitoring.
Partnership
Partner With Us
If your property management group is introducing robots, or already has several brands each running on their own, we can start with a single project and bring the robots into your existing operations instead of adding yet another isolated back-end. Robot manufacturers who wish to join the platform can contact us through the same channel.
